Booked and paid extra for a 1 bedroom “with a view”. When we arrived I was told that the hotel doesn’t really have rooms with a view. They have a few rooms that provide a small partial view of NYC -these rooms face the side street where they are currently building a massive building. Those rooms wake up to construction all...

It’s a nice suite we had a delux king suite . For the money it’s a bit expensive because it’s old and they should buy mattress pads for the beds to make them more comfy . The pillows are great . "I have reserved a room with queen size bed and received a double I was given a room on the first floor of the hotel, try to object because I knew it will be very noisy, but the reception worker refused to give me an upper floor,in spite of the fact that I checked in early in the day, 3.15pm and there were still plenty of rooms. Noise from outdoor concert at Lincoln Center continued till midnight"
