"This is just another property taken over by a middle east family conglomerate where the entire family lives on site and no outside help is hired until the family fills all the jobs that they can. "Staff was rude and unhelpful, I accidentally double booked and attempted to mend the issue immediately and they were not helpful or responsive, then when I got there they stated my room had been cancelled and was no longer available but they would not give a refund."

"Unfortunately not a great experience with the hotel iron. Used the iron and it had something on it the stained a brand new shirt. Brought the iron to the desk and told them about the situation and not too helpful. Likely won’t stay again. The breakfast was pretty good though."
