"There was nothing spectacular about this property. We stayed here for the indoor pool because the pictures looked really nice. It’s all about angles because the pool wasn’t as large as I thought. It was enough for my kids though… The room was a room but the bathroom was tiny. And there’s no fan nor was there a mat to dry off on when we got out. "It says breakfast included but it is a table in the lobby with a coffee thermo and few snack bars and small muffins. It is suppose to operate until 9:30am and I went at 9am and it was empty."

"The room was incredibly clean—you can tell the staff actually takes the time to deep-clean rather than just doing a quick wipe-down. There was absolutely no stale odor or chemical smell. The staff was also wonderful and incredibly helpful; my sister accidentally left her phone behind, and they made it completely hassle-free for us to retrieve it. We will definitely be back!"

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable, location is convenient to the Udvar-Hazy Center. It was pretty easy to see why this was the least expensive hotel in the area, though. The kitchenette area had broken drawers and no drain plug for the sink, and "breakfast" in the lobby was coffee, instant oatmeal packets, and a few packaged pastries. Fortunately there's a killer bakery/cafe within walking distance! Not a bad stay, but definitely no-frills."

"Unfortunately not a great experience with the hotel iron. Used the iron and it had something on it the stained a brand new shirt. Brought the iron to the desk and told them about the situation and not too helpful. Likely won’t stay again. The breakfast was pretty good though."

"It had been a long time since I stayed in a hotel where everything was perfect. The hotel was very well maintained, the staff were kind and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed and sheets were in perfect condition. The breakfast was simply wonderful. A different menu every day. Simply fantastic."

"Staff was rude and unhelpful, I accidentally double booked and attempted to mend the issue immediately and they were not helpful or responsive, then when I got there they stated my room had been cancelled and was no longer available but they would not give a refund."

"Hallway has a moldy chloride smell. Room looks near but dont feel clean. Carpets feel sticky. When I first turn on bath water, it was black. I let it run for about 3 minutes before it cleared up. There is no breakfast. You can also smell weed inside the room if people are smoking in the parking lot. I would not want to stay in this property again."
