"We loved this hotel! We're world travelers and this hotel had it all for a couple. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Always acknowledged us coming and going. We ate several meals here- food was delicious. Beautiful hotel, roomy rooms that have everything your need. Must request cleaning, but they were always on it when you did. This is our new place when coming to Kirkland!"

"What a beautiful hotel, we were thoroughly impressed when we stayed here for one night to attend a concert at Mary MORE Park. Our king suite was spacious, well appointed with a nice kitchen and a huge wrap around deck. The in room coffee is high and, there are fun old school games in the living room, and the bed was luxuriously comfy. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast before heading out on our way. "They are the best hotel staff I've had in a long time. Very accommodating and friendly. Room and entire complex was very clean. Just wished they had a hot tub."

"Check-in was awful. I booked a room and arrived a bit later. I arrived to a completely shut down lobby and a phone for “24/7 service” that was broken. I used my cellphone to call the property and the individual that answered informed me that the check-in desk was closed and they had no reservations for tonight.
