"The check in experience was truly amazing. They held our bags with numbered tags and texted when our room was available. The continental breakfast was better than most. The only weird thing is that there wasn't an ice bucket in our room and aren't ice machines on every floor. An amazing location. Walkable to dining and shopping and a super quick drive to Red Rocks and Golden."

"We needed a handicap room in which I requested when I booked the hotel. We were assigned a non-handicap room. I asked staff if they can switch us because for one the tub/shower had no handrails. They advised me that being that we booked through a 3rd party we are not guaranteed the type of room I requested. We were stuck in this room for a couple of days with no effort to accommodate us. "Didn’t clean the room when you left for the day and when you asked for towels, they didn’t want to give you clean towels n wash clothes (but did). So I noticed everyone leaving their towels outside of rooms so we did. Then when I asked for towels again they wanted me to bring the dirty towels to the front desk. This hotel had no blankets for the beds, no towels for the bathroom, had dirty sheets on the bed, no tv remote, no lamp shades on any of the three lamps, smells funky and the staff was only semi-apologetic. The front desk guy was okay but unreachable when the people next door cranked their music and partied until 5 am. We got no rest and left feeling dirtier than after a 10 hour road trip. "Staff members were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and though the hallways are due for new carpeting, I saw the maid vacuuming the carpet edges so at least the old carpet seems cleaned well. Also saw a maid mopping the rooms floors, so that's good. The breakfast is a bit too basic (re: only serve eggs and turkey bacon, yuck, on weekends), but as the price is relatively reasonable, rooms are clean, and staff is pleasant, we'll likely stay there a third time."

"The air conditioning was good. The bed and bedding was good. The shower was not draining. The pool was not open. The walls outside of our room had dirty fingerprints. The walkways and railings were dirty and banged up. Staff was good, but it was extremely frustrating for us that the pool was not open. The pool was clearly cleaned. You need to get the part for the disabled lift as soon as possible. The only reason we selected your hotel was because you had a pool."

"The person before us had requested late check out so our room was not ready until 1/2 hour after check in. We had arrived early so it was a wait. When we checked in we discovered the sheets were stained but the housekeeping team had gone home so we were given a set of sheets to change our own bed. The coffee pot also didn’t work. Not a very good stay for a Marriott. Breakfast was good however. There was a wide selection of healthy foods!"

"We were not given our room reservation we got 1 queen instead of 2 beds and were told too bad there wasn’t a 2 bed with patio left, even though i reserved it MONTHS AGO. There are zero amenities except the mini fridge in the room but there’s no microwave so it’s kind of pointless. No restaurant is open before 4:00 just room service (which is more like DoorDash and they charge you a couple of fees to bring it) I wouldn’t stay there again."
