"Great location and service, with a few areas for improvement- We had a very nice stay at Hotel Villa Ganz. The location is excellent — close to many attractions and easy to get around either on foot or with a short Uber ride. The staff were outstanding: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The property itself is charming, with beautiful grounds and a lovely garden restaurant. Dining in the courtyard was a highlight, and the food was very good. There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The bathroom felt a bit outdated and not quite in line with expectations for a five-star boutique property. While the room was comfortable overall, a mini fridge would have been especially helpful given the warm weather. An in-room iron or steamer would also be a convenient addition for quick touch-ups, even though laundry service is available. Overall, this is a warm, well-located boutique hotel with excellent service. With a few updates and added amenities, it would be even better."
