We really enjoyed the food at the memorial, as well as our evening meal. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. "We had a lovely weekend at Arden House. Lucie organised everything with so much attention to detail and care that being there felt like a cosy home. We even received a welcome card and chocolate Easter eggs every time the room was cleaned. The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the castle. The rooms were spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend staying there!"

"The 24hr check-in and 11am late check out was wonderful. The staff were all very helpful. The breakfast was very good with good vegetarian and vegan options. The room was clean and there were enough tea, coffee and milk portions. The shower was amazing! Very good price as well."

"Stayed here over the bank holiday as a family of 4. The hotel itself is nice and the outside space is green and relaxing. However, we were given a very hot top-floor room during 28°C weather, with no air conditioning and windows that barely opened. The fan provided did not help and none of us could sleep. "The room was clean overall; dusty fan amd extremely bad smell in the balcony (I don't know if it is from hotel or from nearby area). That really made the stay unpleasant. Our room was extremely dated and photographs shown on expedia didn't capture our room. It has very old looking furtinuture and textured ceiling. No Air conditioning but the fan was pretty good.
