"While the hotel was clean and the staff were nice, it seemed to be a residence for some people almost shelter like. It was fine for me because I was in and out, and had family staying next door at the Hilton, so I spent most of my time over there. I probably would not stay there again."

"The rooms were very clean and spacious with a separate seating area so it was perfect for our family. They went out of their way to celebrate Duke’s graduation weekend and Mother’s Day… decorations, welcome party, lobby snacks, roses for mothers. "

Hotel is close to Duke and we did find a great place to eat. Try Local 22 Kitchen & Bar. Very good restaurant, reasonably priced nice atmosphere. Would have chosen a different hotel if condition was known ahead of time. "

"Bullet proof glass at lobby says it all, then add no non-smoking rooms and possibly rented by the hour accommodations. It felt like a movie set."
