It was a nice stay, very dated and the main halls had some kind of smell. The room was very nice, and it smelled good. Perfect place for a quick stop but wouldn’t want to stay for a prolonged vacation.

Our room was clean and surprisingly quiet. The amenities are basic but adequate. The hotel is ideally located close to I-85 but we heard no road noise. Parking was a breeze and it was just a short walk to our hotel room. Our room was a good value for the price.

It was an ok stay but not great. The rooms had a kind of musty, mildewy smell. I will say that the breakfast was good though. Had waffles and other things to eat. Has potential but could be better.

The room smelled of musty old cigarette smoke and the shower had about 1 min of hot water. That was disappointing. The bed was pretty comfortable and it did not have any bed bugs so they try to keep it clean.

Shout out to front desk lady Tuesday am Oct 20, 2026. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. I asked for a late checkout 1 pm even if I have to pay extra. Just got off from 3rd shift at 7 am and be back at 3 pm. Needed those 2 extra hours to sleep instead of checking out at 11 am. She was so accommodating! One of the reasons I chose to stay at this Microtel. Thank you so much!! You’ll see me again in the future!

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast wasn't for me but many enjoyed it. I would have liked more fresh fruit options. The location was very good. I enjoyed hiking the river walk and the racetrack. It was close to the historic district with many shops and restaurants and a farmers market.

Yes the carpet smells. If the ac turns on for a few hours then it's ok. But for the cost, it's ok otherwise. The room is clean, and room is small, we had 1 queen bed in the room. U get what u paid for.
