"I liked that the place was clean and close to a lot of walking areas. What I had trouble with was the fireplace smell was a little too strong. However, in the morning I didn't smell it at all. So overall, it was not a problem."

"Great location. Clean room. Not the best pillows so if you can bring your own it’d be better. The best cluster of fall foliage right in the backyard. It was Big Bear’s slow season when I went third week of October so there was no one at the front desk but communication was conducted via texts and the staff was responsive."

"We had one of the spa suite rooms and it was really nice. Pretty much 2 rooms combined and a back patio which was really great for our dogs. Lucky for us we were able to even check in early (around 1:30-2pm) which I greatly appreciated and 11am checkout time is amazing to me as well because usually anywhere else is 10am and I’m calling asking for late checkout lol.
