"The Pagoda Hotel in Honolulu is a wonderful, budget-friendly choice for a relaxing stay. The staff is exceptionally warm, friendly, and welcoming, making check-in and every interaction a breeze. The rooms and facilities are kept wonderfully clean and well-maintained throughout. One of its best features is the location is extremely convenient; it is within easy walking distance to major shopping centers, local spots, and surrounding neighborhood attractions. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient Honolulu visit!"

"I love staying at the Ala Moana Hotel for its cleanliness, convenience and wonderful customer service. This stay was a little different because I was occupying a room at the hotel, but the room itself is managed by a separate entity. Normally, I stay in a room that is managed by the hotel property. Check in was the same, valet was the same, utilizing the restaurants and shops were the same, convenient location was the same. However, what visitors need to know are the differences. There is no daily housekeeping. Even though a good number of towel sets are provided, if they need extra, they will be charged $30 per set. Toiletries are limited. I was given trial sizes of one conditioning shampoo, one body lotion and one very small bar of soap. No soap or body gel/wash. If there is something wrong in the room, visitors cannot call the front desk for help. They need to contact the company/agency that they made the reservation through and that company will contact the management group to report any issues. Even though there are some slight inconveniences, I still enjoyed my stay."
