We were happy we chose to stay in this area rather than La Caleta as its buzzier, has more restaurants options and lies directly on the nicest bit of the promenade (access via 5min down/uphill walk). Hotel did not feel busy at any point, and sunloungers were plenty. "The bathroom was unclean including mildew in the shower and a broken/leaking shower head. At least 8 power cuts in a hour period in that building suggests electrical failings and poor safely standards. Despite “No Smoking” signs in the room, no smoke detectors were apparent. The bedrooms were above the open kitchen meaning excess noise and poor sleep. Given such protential fire hazards, no fire escapes / exits were noticeable. "Hotel doesn’t look much from the outside, but there is not much to fault inside. It is really clean and modern and well run. Breakfast is very good, always hot and a great selection on offer. Drinks in the bar are very reasonably priced compared to local bars and restaurants. Highly recommend."

"Lovely bungalow in quiet little courtyard for 4 bungalows. Quaint. Quiet. Cute. Convenient for pool. Took the time to wander around the Isabel village. Kids area looked great. Nice adult pool area too. Great activities in morning around main pool. "

"Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. (Wir konnten bei der Reinigung auch eine andere Suite einsehen.) Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, welches wir an der Rezeption, sowohl beim Frühstück, als auch an der Poolbar und im Restaurant (Alma) erleben konnten. Frühstück und Speisen im Restaurant sind top. Die Buchung der Massage, können wir auch empfehlen."

"The staff were all amazing (except for one member of the wait staff at breakfast who got really annoyed if you ordered a latte at breakfast instead of a regular coffee.) Otherwise nothing was too much trouble. Our sea view room was great, clean good size and a lovely bathroom. The buffet selection was good but the quality of the food was average. The pool are was fabulous."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa and gym facilities are very good, with excellent therapists. The room was good and there are a variety of pools and outdoor areas to relax. A lovely rooftop terrace. We expected more activities such as tennis etc and had a disappointing experience at the hotels Montauk Restaurant, the worst meal we’ve ever had! "The cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful, but the blankets were dirty. I showed one of the cleaning ladies my blanket and asked for a clean one. She said it was just old, folded it, stored it in the cabinet, and gave me another blanket. I left right afterwards and didn’t really look at it. When I returned, I saw that it was dirty with a very large stain on it. Having dirty blankets was a big problem. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallways. "The pool was ok . It was cold the day we were there. Vine yards ? not sure where they were. We had one 45 watt bulb in each room. No security,. you had to relock the door using a key. $35 US dollar taxi ride. Very nice restaurant Jennifer was fabulous. "
