"When we checked in we were told the hotel doesn’t allow locals (within a 60 mile radius). They knew my address when I booked so why wasn’t I told then. I said we had to get a shuttle at 4:30am so she said then it’s ok. Our room was very far from the front entrance and we were unable to use the phone and couldn’t connect to the wifi. I had to call on my cell to get the front desk and was told we were too far from the modem. We were moved to another room closer to the front desk. The room had a...

"The entry keypad didn’t work when we arrived. There are no night stands next to the bed. No area to put your clothing to unpack. The restaurant closes early…8pm. The property is not being maintained well. Good thing, is that it is nearby Biltmore and Asheville."
