"View is amazing, however if you cannot get a good night sleep due to the state of the bed it doesn't matter how nice the view is. Bed base had clearly been broken for a while and been repaired poorly in the past so had 2 shocking nights of the 3 that we stayed. Bed was patched up before night 3 and sincerely hope the owner has since replaced the base. Extra bed consists of a blowup mattress that 'looses' air during the night so have to pump up multiple times during the night. Only received one...

"The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and dishes. The room was clean and also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which I loved. We checked in after hours and had limited interaction with the staff but the few times they were friendly. The only thing that I noticed that could have been better is the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room appeared to have not been vacuumed while we were there. "There is No parking. So add another $90 for 2 nights plus the inconvenience. Using KozyGuru to finalize the booking is more complicated than it needs to be, plus using them means reception has no record of your booking. Which in turn means you are pretty much on your own. Booked for 4 people, got a double bed, single bed & a couch? Funishings average, cleanliness average."

"The room was spacious, clean. However, the headboard attached to the wall above the bed was unstable. It fell off the wall when I sat down on the bed which moved as the bed was on wheels. I should have reported it at the time to the manager, but didn't think it was that important. We did get charged a few days after checkout for a broken headboard that wasn't our fault. The manager told us she wouldn't reverse the charge for this as I should have reported it to her and didn't have pictures...

"Great room with everything you need including a washer and dryer for longer stays. Nice quiet complex and super close to the Brisbance Convention Center which was my reason for staying. I will definitely stay here again."
