"Not easy to check in, can't access lobby , need to ring to get let in. Room could do with a deep clean, carpet very stained , no dish wishing cloth. Good location with pub,cafeteria and shopping centre right at your door step"

"Our room was much better than I anticipated. It was extremely spacious and had absolutely everything you need - even a dishwasher and washing machine! The view was awesome and the location was perfect! Will definitely stay again."

"Clean and tidy. Lacked kitchen equipment re using the microwave, some basic essentials eg bowls, graters. An extra set of crockery and cutlery would be useful. Very handy to the shops. Quiet in the evenings.Handy to transport."

"Staying at Soda apartments is always a great stay. A few extra towels and cleaning refills would be nice to make it easier to keep the apartment clean. Also a few extra plates and cups so you don’t need to turn the dishwasher on after every meal would be great!"

"Good location, easy parking (although we didn't need the car we were so close to Southbank), 2 bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped although the pans are due an upgrade."

"Everything you need"

"The room was spacious, clean. However, the headboard attached to the wall above the bed was unstable. It fell off the wall when I sat down on the bed which moved as the bed was on wheels. I should have reported it at the time to the manager, but didn't think it was that important. We did get charged a few days after checkout for a broken headboard that wasn't our fault. The manager told us she wouldn't reverse the charge for this as I should have reported it to her and didn't have pictures...

"Our room was a bit noisy, the police station of right next door and the tram line noise. Good location to the South Bank and lots of eateries to choose from. The buffet breakfast was not being served so we ate from a set menu, which as fine, but the kids struggled to find something they liked."

"Everything was exactly as we needed. Easy walk to everything Southbank has to offer. Very quiet for a city apartment but you can hear general noise so be respectful of the quiet others would like to enjoy. The apartment is small, very basic and you get what you pay for. The easy, including Parking is absolutely a bonus. Easy check in and out. We would absolutely stay here again."

"スタッフはフレンドーで、とても親切です。 清掃は床や、絨毯は綺麗でしたが、テラスは落ち葉や汚れが目立つ トイレとランドリー上の換気扇は埃まみれで稼働時に轟音がしてたが、こちらで掃除 警報器は蓋が外れて動いているかも不明 キッチン周りはさらにひどく、電気はついたり消えたり、換気扇は引き出しても動かず、レール上のスイッチを手動操作が必要だった。 入り口扉は重くて閉める時は気をつけないとフロア中に響くほど大きな音がする 鍵もガチ！っと大きな音がする レンタカーは大きくないものを借りた（カローラクロス）が、駐車場利用を申請する時は左右大きめなところをリクエストした方が良い。左右に柱がある所に止めるように言われるとドアが柱に当たりそうになり、乗り降りに気を使います。 ウエストエンドという立地な条件にバス通りもすぐ近く、駅も近いなど便利な場所にあります"

"Fantastic location but that is where it ends , the staff are robotic . We had a room just above the rubbish bins that were searched by homeless each night and was picked up noisily at 5 am - cleaning is hit and miss - the whole building needs some TLC"
