"First room we had was loaded with roaches.. So I went downstairs and the hotel clerk was so nice she called her boss immediately and issued us another room wish they would’ve gave me a discount for the inconvenience but other than that the hotel is not bad floors could’ve been mopped they were a bit dirty and the WiFi only seemed to work well at night… overall I give the hotel 6/10"

"I just love the whole stay! The Kickback Hour is great after a long day driving. Breakfast is always solid. Rooms are very nice and spacious! Only negative is families do t pay attention to drying off from the pool before running throughout the entire hotel. "

"My family enjoyed the hotel and our room, but the one day we were there (just passing through), the breakfast was sub-par. The biscuits weren't cooked all the way through, the eggs and sausage didn’t taste as good as we've had in the past at other locations of Holiday Inn Express, and we came down to breakfast 40 minutes before closing, most of the popular items were gone (like the Cinnabon rolls), but no one came to refill those items.
