"Smithe House is at a great location in Yaletown, close to the bus stops and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the area is very safe. The building is secure, and the room is well supplied with kitchen utensils, cookware, washer/dryer, etc. Really a home away from home. Very comfortable. The check-in was easy with advanced online identity verification. Definitely recommend."

"We spent one night in this place. The staffs were polite and friendly and welcomed warmly. The room was very clean with an awesome view of river and tall trees. We had access to the backyard and could seat in front of the river. The place was in a beautiful area of Vancouver; although, it was not close to groceries. I strongly recommend this place."

"This hotel was hands down worth every penny! We chose it for it's excellent location which was wonderful prior to embarking on our cruise. We were treated like royalty due to the staff going above and beyond to make sure our stay went well. and gorgeous decor.
