"This hotel is really nice, way better than I expected. The rooms are a bit old, but extremely clean and tidy. The service here is absolutely amazing. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. She gave me great travel tips, and even walked me to the room to explain everything in detail. "My favourite hotel to stay at in Vancouver. And I've stayed at most of them so that's definitely saying something. The customer service is unparalleled. Their newly renovated gym is exquisite. Location is the best. It may seem pricey but 1000% worth the money. I cannot recommend it enough. "

"Fabulous room, but we had to wait past check in time to get in, when we were paying thousands of dollars for 2 day stay. The man who checked us in offered, and we accepted, 2 complementary drinks each at the bar while we were waiting, but we could not used them because the first thing I wanted to use after we checked in, was the gym. We said we would wait close to the desk within eyesight and asked him to call us when, the room was ready, and he agreed. We waited and waited and I watched him....

"The staff is always so lovely and helpful. Location is great with quick access to buses and trains. Building is going through some maintenance - one elevator was not working, entrance on Georgia Street was closed, making you access through the alleyway where valet drivers zip around."
