"Property was being renovated and a little messy. The key system was down upon arrival and we could not get a room key for several hours. Pool could not be used due to being cleaned. Breakfast area was not cleaned up during breakfast hours so food was all over chairs and tables. Staff at the desk were helpful but could only do what was in their control. Our first room had a wet fabric couch. They were able to move us to another 1 bedroom suite thankfully!"

"Front desk staff super nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet clean and have a lot of different options, everything was fresh and good.The rooms extra cleans super comfort and relaxing . The only thing was the breakfast staff was really bad customer service but I imagine I will too if I have to cook so early lol"

"My first room was bottom floor and quite dated. Something must have been spilled and missed during cleaning as there were fruit flies everywhere. The staff was great and got maintenance on it immediately. My second stay was a top floor room and was immaculate. Beds were super comfortable. The outdoor area had lots of comfy sitting in both sun and shade locations. Definitely would go back!"

"From check in to check out we were very pleased with all staff. No dour faces! Every one helpful and kind. Super rare to have such kind staff. Our room was very comfortable, room service fantastic the on site dining was excellent. Five stars all around!"
