"This is the best place to stay in Savannah! The breakfast that’s included is amazing, valet and front desk staff are the best they will take care of every need. Rooms are very clean, plenty of towels toiletries every evening there is a wine and cheese social with live entertainment. I don’t know why anyone would stay elsewhere."

"The breakfast was not consistent, but there was a wide variety. I think for being a Michelin star it should’ve had homemade pastries not store-bought. I also feel like it should’ve had a small microwave in the room and makeup wipes or makeup towel or something to clean your face with. The bedding was amazing Mattress a bit soft for our taste, but that’s a hard one to get right."

"Would appreciate a sign on site, and on reservation site about parking across street at city parking garage. Without a driveway or pull off in front of hotel on one way street for check in/out, it was awkward and dangerous."

"Exactly as described with a few pleasant surprises like wine and cheese cocktail hour and a delicious breakfast of sweet waffles with praline syrup, and savory sausage and potatoes out in the courtyard. Loved the Oglethorpe room plus Charles was very knowledgeable about the homes history - way better than google! Street parking (payment required 8am-5pm) was a bit tricky but staff was very helpful in guiding us! Savannah is definitely walkable from this home. Highly recommend!"

"The Property on the outside is very pretty, but the interior is very old and run down. The door locks did not work on our room and we had to rely on a deadbolt. There were several little oddities that occur, such as the AC being turned off during the night in the entire building. Several times during our stay I woke up sweating and could not change the room temperature at all. The room itself is small but very clean. "The staff was helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Had popcorn and punch available for guests in the evening. Everyday the hotel offered free drinks and appetizers from 4-5:30. Bradley our bartender was friendly and funny. One of the restaurants in the hotel was Broken Keel. Ernest was our waiter at night. He was awesome! We were disappointed for breakfast 2 mornings. The ran out of biscuits by 9 & 9:30. No biscuits and gravy for us."

"The cost of the hotel was very reasonable for the size of the unit. The kitchen had everything that we needed, and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. The beds were pretty comfortable. The only thing I would nitpick about the hotel are the pillows, they were too soft for us. Even after stacking them, our heads would pretty much be on the mattress after a few hours. Overall the hotel was great, I would just suggest bringing along a pillow you like (if possible)."
