"Let me start off by saying that our bellman Curtis was FANTASTIC. He was very friendly and professional. He provided us with the kind of attention that made my day. He even tried to get us a better room than we had booked but was unsuccessful because the hotel was fully booked. The effort was above and beyond what I have ever experienced. "The staff at Drury Inn are AMAZING! We loved interacting with them and felt so welcome. Everyone was polite and helpful. However, I gave it three stars because my kids went swimming and ended up with chemical burns in the outline of their swimsuits. It’s been a week and my daughter’s skin is just now healing. It was under constructions in parts of the hotel, which wasn’t disclosed before or after booking. It wasn’t very clean. The carpets in the hallways and common areas were really dirty with...

"Check in was a breeze. Our room was nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast could’ve been better but other than that our stay was good! A lot of restaurants in the area as well."

"Hotel was clean and updated. Rooms we equipped with a good hairdryer (not those tiny ones), ample supply of Dove Brand Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soap and Body lotion. Also provided individually wrapped make-up remover wipes. Good breakfast buffet spread including muffins/bagels/bread, muffins, cereals, eggs, bacon, sausages, french toast, potatoes, yogurts, fruit, etc. Pool isn't very big, but nice to have. Staff was also helpful and friendly. If back in the area, we would stay here...

"The room was filthy, blood stains on bathroom wall and shower, as well as random hairs. The shower curtain had a hole in it. The pillows were lumpy and hard. The furniture was scratched and several drawers were broken. The AC didn't cool the room and it wasn't even very warm outside (80s). It was gross to say the least."

"They gave my room away to someone else under my name then put me in a cheaper room when I paid for the more expensive room. Expedia called and couldnt get a refund so i could stay somewhere diffrent (they did give me a $30 credit, but definitely not worth what i paid) The only country inn and suites that I've been to that doesn't have a normal hot breakfast. It was pretty bleak for breakfast."

"I've stayed at other Red Roof Inns that were better. Definitely over priced for the quality of the room. Pass on this one if you can."

"The pool wasn’t up and running, the TV didn’t work. There was old dried up rice in the corner of the room. The room smelled."

"When we got to the Hotel our reservation was canceled. I had reserved this room a month in a half in advance. We never received a cancellation email or a phone call. We came into town for Adidas Track Nationals and there wasn't a room within 68 miles of the event. I will never stay here or reserve a room at any of their motels."
