"Ran out of regular coffee every morning of our stay during breakfast hours, 3 days. Very slow to make and bring out fresh pot twice. Ran out of yogurt on day 2, did not have any for last 2 mornings. Drain in bathroom sink was clogged and smelled bad. After maintenance worked on it, drain was still slow to empty."

"I was moved 2 different times because the room was dirty . The air conditioning didn’t work in one of them rooms . The managers had terrible customer services and was not helpful at all . I was not giving back my full deposit and I was inconvenienced the whole time I stayed . Overall I had a horrible experience. Won’t be staying at that location no more ."

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom and floors. It appeared that little attention was given to sweeping, mopping, or properly cleaning the bathtub. In addition, housekeeping service was inconsistent. I repeatedly had to request clean towels, and basic toiletries, including toilet paper, were not replenished as needed. While the affordable rate and convenient location were positives, the lack of cleanliness and attention to guest needs negatively impacted my experience. Because of these issues, I will likely choose a different hotel for future stays."
