"Very nice place to stay Staff is wonderful and a delight."

"Like new condition friendly staff cold A/C and super hot water to shower a rare occurrence these days"

"Great staff"

"Accommodating staff."

"It is what it is. The place is just OK, nothing special. At check in because I booked a package deal it only listed me as a single person, flying from the U.S. to Cebu by myself it did not give me the option to include my wife (Filipina living in the area) to the reservation. I asked if I could get extra breakfast vouchers or pay for them. I was told no. When I left and went to another location, I was told that they did provide vouchers. Indoor pool is a real bummer and cold water. No one uses...

"We love staying at Harolds. However, there is always something amiss. Keys don’t work, WiFi, telephone. But we keep going back because the staff is soo sweet and attentive. The location could be better. You need to take a cab everywhere. The rooftop is good for drinks. Nice views, but the food is so so."

"Staff was awesome, hotel great. My only issue was the in-progress renovation on the 11th floor and the very strong chemical smell in the hallway that seemed to bleed into the room."

"Complaint number one front desk forgot to put three days on our card and the power went out on the first day. She only charge our card with one day 12 midnight power went out we had no air con no lights no nothing we were waking up with extreme heat called front desk and told them we were not happy. Complaint number two. The bathroom floor was flooding from the shower we were walking in the lake the problem with the hotels in the Philippines you cannot request your money back. They just give you...

"The breakfast buffet is good. Brenden and other breakfast staff were very polite and helpful. The open rooftop restaurant has a nice ambiance."

"Everything is excellent, except the shower drain is slow, causing flooding on the shower floor. The technician came to supposedly fix it, but to no avail. I had to turn off the shower intermittently in order to drain the water. I could have given 5 star review, had this issue was resolved."
