"The hotel was clean. The elevator was out of order the morning of checkout, but by the time we checked out, it was working."

He was very kind, helpful, and hard working. He went over and beyond to assist me. He was very informative. He needs to be the executive manager here and I'm sure the place would do better. "Easy parking on the premises, overall condition of the hotel could be upgraded, eg my bathroom had missing stopper, the sink had a crack, the bathtub was patched from a crack and it definitely required replacement."

"I had a paid reservation to this property. When I arrived at 3:30 pm No one was at the front desk. I waited 30 minutes and made several phone call to customer service, The front desk clerk rudely told me they had no rooms and to go elsewhere. I couldn't believe it."
