"The soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work…dirty towels were left in room after cleaning. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Location was very convenient to several malls & restaurants."

"Breakfast was not always heated and sometimes sat cold. My car was vandalized parked in the front of hotel lobby. Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster."

"The room was smaller compared to their other property in Rock Hill. Also didn't have ice maker, a bigger leather chair and a rotating desk chair like the Rock Hill SC property. I like that it was very clean, the AC was great and the staff was very attentive and nice. Yes, I'll recommend it."

"The room itself was very clean, but this location is going through a remodel. The elevator was out of order, so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs on the outside of the building, which to me is unsafe. The sink in the bathroom drained really slow, and the shower didn’t have hot water, only lukewarm water. Their makeshift breakfast area was in an extremely small area and options were very limited. The staff were pleasant though. I think once the remodel is done this will be a really nice...

"Everything was pretty good, especially for the price. However, the inside of the hotel smells really funky (like moldy or mildewy). The breakfast also didn’t have as many options as I had expected. It was sufficient though for being included in the price. I would stay again."

"DO NOT STAY HERE…FILTHY I reserved 2 rooms and both were filthy! Stains on sheets, looked like cigarette holes on comforters. Bathroom toilet had hair on it, bathroom shower was nasty, bathroom door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the place was built. We walked in and right back out. Did not stay here. Went back to front desk and requested a refund. The person on duty was very nice and was not confrontational. The only issue was i had to contact Expedia so he could get the “ok” to...

"The cleanliness of the rooms could have been a bit better. There was some molding in the shower and mystery spots on the walls of the bathroom all the way to the ceiling. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. The Mini fridge was filled with rust as well. The staff was great!"
