"Upon checking in, there were no staff and I had to wait around for 45 minutes. Then when checking out, I simply wanted to get a cup of water at a cooler next to the front desk and was told it was for hotel guests only. So 2 minutes after checking out, I’m no longer a guest? "The room was amazing. Some parts of the food boards or ceiling tiles were old but other than that it was amazing. The AC worked wonderfully as did both showers. They even provided a crib and a baby bath which was so thoughtful! "

"This apartment boasts a peaceful residential setting and a lovely, clean, contemporary design. The well-equipped kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer were a real plus, and the bed was super comfy. However, we stayed at the 2nd floor with no lift was tough with heavy luggage. Parking was also tight for our big SUV. Pillows were small/thin, and more clothes hanging options would be great. Overall a nice stay, but consider luggage and car size."
