"The check in experience was truly amazing. They held our bags with numbered tags and texted when our room was available. The continental breakfast was better than most. The only weird thing is that there wasn't an ice bucket in our room and aren't ice machines on every floor. An amazing location. "We needed a handicap room in which I requested when I booked the hotel. We were assigned a non-handicap room. I asked staff if they can switch us because for one the tub/shower had no handrails. They advised me that being that we booked through a 3rd party we are not guaranteed the type of room I requested. We were stuck in this room for a couple of days with no effort to accommodate us. "We were not given our room reservation we got 1 queen instead of 2 beds and were told too bad there wasn’t a 2 bed with patio left, even though i reserved it MONTHS AGO. There are zero amenities except the mini fridge in the room but there’s no microwave so it’s kind of pointless. No restaurant is open before 4:00 just room service (which is more like DoorDash and they charge you a couple of fees to bring it) I wouldn’t stay there again."
