"The downtown location is very noisy. It didn’t help that we reserved it on the weekend, was very difficult to have a rested night. Too close to the church bells, noises from car alarms and police. At the restaurant food was delicious and the bed linen smell very clean. House keeping were very prompt to respond."

"The TV was not much help. Only Netflix is available, but it was not set up for use because it needed to be updated by email. Also, I didn't think about the noise level when booking the room. The room has a great view to the bay since is on the famous malecon, however it is really noisy at night and sometimes early morning. Soundproof windows would help. "First off, the property is really cute with a fabulous view of the water. We enjoyed drinking our beverages and relaxing by the pool while the kids threw the frisbee around. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff helpful. The location is perfect, steps away from cute restaurants, bars and only one block from the Malecon. My family would definitely stay there again."

"Amazing views for rooms on level 2-4. Staff was just so attentive, friendly and responsive. Truly an amazing staff! Natalia went above and beyond to help us and upgraded us! Breakfast included was a bonus. Centrally located and easy access to food and shopping. One thing to note, standing water on the grounds with lots of mosquitos. And towels are not so soft. They could use an update."

"El hotel esta en una excelente ubicación, cumple sus funciones basicas. Es un hotel viejo, los baños estan en condiciones de regulares a malas. La cocina e utensilios son viejos pero funcionan. La sala de estar tal cual se ven las fotos. La regadera estaba bastante sucia cuando entramos ya despues se limpio. Un dia hicieron el aseo superficial "por ahorrar y cuidar el.medio ambiente " De los 4 dias ninguno nos cambiaron toallas. Y al salir del hotel pregunte al señor de recepción si todo bien...
