"The shower faucet was not working well and you cannot control the temperature of the room. The only thing you can do for the temperature is to turn off the thermostat. The parking however was the worst offense seeing as we’re already paying for the room we should be able to get free parking. Parking was unnecessarily $15 a night and WiFi was not free either."

"I recently stayed at Hyatt House and had a very positive experience overall. The hotel strikes a great balance between comfort and convenience, especially for longer stays. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a full kitchenette, which makes a big difference if you’re staying more than a night or two. The bed was comfortable, and the layout felt more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, always willing to help and quick to respond to any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast—it had a solid variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The common areas were also well-maintained and inviting, whether you want to relax or get some work done. If I had to note one thing, it would be that amenities can vary slightly by location, but overall the consistency of quality is strong. I would definitely recommend Hyatt House to anyone looking for a comfortable, extended-stay option that feels a bit more like home. "

"When entering I noticed that our room had very dim lights and we usually like to scoop out the room for anything we don’t like. When checking underneath and behind the bed we saw lots of dead bed bugs and cockroaches. We had to immediately leave as personally we don’t like to sleep nor leave our items to get infested with it."

"My family stayed in the one bedroom, double bed. The living room was in a separate space, with a pull out couch. The pull out couch mattress was more comfortable than the double bed mattresses. The staff was friendly. The ice was available downstairs with the staff. Kitchen included microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pot, pan, utensils, dishes, stove top. Dishwasher. No oven. The bathroom was spacious and closet space was spacious. We didn't like that the parking fee was $30 per night, which was not mentioned in the listing. I don't understand why they charged for parking, because we were quite a distance from any other properties to visit- it was in a office industrial park environment. No businesses within walking distance to visit or eat, etc. So, the fact that the hotel charged for parking on a nightly basis was just a money grab. They were taking advantage of their customers. I do not appreciate that. Walmart, fast food, Chinese food, pizza place, etc were within 20 minutes of hotel in Morristown. Medieval Times was in Lyndhurst."
