"The Staff was very friendly. We did not have a fridge in our room and asked front desk if they could keep an item we bought cold overnight until we left the next day. They told us they could bring a fridge to our room and within 30 minutes or less we had the fridge. Hotel was very clean and security was available to ensure all guest were safe. Loved the view from our room!"

"The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful, administering to all our requests happily. After the end of our one night stay, my son and I wanted to go on a ferry around the New York coast to see the statue of liberty. The tour ended at one so it meant we could only get back to check out at one thirty, and the staff did not charge us extra. Also, we needed to go to the Greyhound bus terminal and had lots of heavy luggage, and one of the staff gladly helped carry some of our luggage. He also guided us to the terminal. A rooms were small but otherwise clean and tidy. Very nice hotel!"

"Upon arriving to our room. The blanket was full of I believe cat fur. I am allergic to cats. I was constantly requesting for new blankets. I feel like the tub was dirty. I’ve seen two cockroaches in the bathroom. Was never told the valet would take up to half an hour to arrive upon leaving. Enha and the bellman were accommodating. The bellman is extremely kind. Location is convenient to time square. "

"Mold on bathroom grout, chipped paint and holes in woodwork. NO amenities at all, not even plastic cups. No ice bucket. For two, only receive 2 bath and l handtowel, no washcloths. AC in first room didn't work 1x2 foot hole in the drywall, and front desk very reluctant to give me a new room. Bed comfortable and nice shower. There is NO WAY this is a 4 star property, maybe 1.5 stars."

"Breakfast had great options. Location was pretty close to Broadway and area felt safe. Bed was comfortable. Room was a little small, but to be expected in NYC. Would stay again. "

"This is a bare-bones hotel, but it is cleaner than most of its peers and is perhaps the most conveniently located hotel of its type in Midtown. If you just need a place to lay your head and want to be very close to Times Square, you’re not going to do better in terms of value than this. My only meaningful feedback is that the pipes moan and whale all day and night, at a volume that makes it extremely difficult to sleep. I’m not sure if this was just the room that we were in, but it was quite offputting. In addition, there are two temperatures for the shower: third-degree burns and ice cold. Despite those issues, this hotel provided us with exactly the type of accommodation we needed for the reason we were in town, and if I were in town for a quick turnaround or one night only and needed to be in this neighborhood again, I would gladly stay here again."

"We were really impressed with the Hampton Inn during our stay to NYC. The hotel worked with us after our flight was canceled due to an airport closure and made our vacation a success. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cesar made us great waffles for breakfast and our rooms were refreshed daily when we returned from exploring the city. The room staff even made cool designs with my kid's blanket like on cruise ships. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting NYC."
