"It was a okay hotel would stay there again simple thing that could of been fixed didn’t get resolved such as us not having hot water and fridge not working when telling front desk they had maintenance come up immediately He ran the water for a few minutes and got warm but nothing more. He said housekeeping would come give us a new fridge. They never came the next morning I mentioned it again, and I was ignored other than that it was an OK property with amazing city view."

"There were so many wonderful dining and recreation options within walking distance, and the area was so beautiful (with many incredible art murals) that just walking, even without a destination was enjoyable. "I forgot the name of the lady who was working when I arrived late Tuesday, 5/14, but she was very sweet and helpful. So was the lady who worked that night on the shuttle, who picked us up at the airport. Both ladies made a very good first impression considering how tired we were from our travels. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, too. "
