"I had to give the hotel five stars for staff and service even though there is no staff nor service. You check in by giving your name at the door. The door is the unlocked and a printer is activated to provide you with room number and code for the doors. Worked fine. The place is IMO just beautiful, everything about it: the lighting, layout, design. Wow!"

"This hotel is modern on the inside but has the Krakow style on the outside. Breakfasthad a very varied choice. Only a 2km walk to the Town Square. Lots of places to eat and drink , you will not be short on choice. Plenty of cafes for a coffee, pastry, ice cream to rest your feet as there are lots of sites to see. "This hotel is situated in the Jewish quarter and was very handy for our trip pickup. It’s about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel was very clean and the reception staff were very helpful all through our stay. The WiFi was excellent and we had no problem with it. The password is easily available on reception.
