"Worst property ever"

"This was the absolute worst hotel experience from check in to check out. I would avoid this place at all costs. For starters, the end of this road is very sketchy. There are homeless people and drug addicts wandering all around this building. We did not feel safe. Secondly, these rooms are filthy with pubic hairs all over the bathrooms, dirty floors, dirty pillows (see pics). Upon check in, we found a sign on the desk with a phone number to call to check in. "Evidently there are two hotels in one building, the first two floors being the Baymont Inn and the top floor being the Wingate. When we arrived to the property the front desk staff member tried to tell me that I would need to upgrade to stay at the Wingate which would have an additional charge. After presenting him with my original booking receipt, he tried to argue that Expedia had made a mistake before eventually giving me my room key. "Left for the day and came back to my bed not changed nor fresh towels were brought. I had to go and get sheets for my bed and towels for my room. Then was questioned, "why I didn't call earlier that morning to report it?" "Well, mama, I have been here since this morning and just got back.""

The icemaker was not working for the entire stay and no solution was offered by the staff, the hot tub was not working and by the cleanliness it was not working for a significant time, and the laundry facilities were not working. The pool was quite cold for an indoor pool. The breakfast that was available was not to the standards of other Quality Inn\Choice hotels that we have stayed in. "We drove around the property and the "front entrance" was hidden with bushes. It was a motel, not a hotel, so all the rooms had outdoor access. The doors were patched, curtains were unruly so we didn't even go inside. When Expedia called to cancel our stay, they couldn't reach anyone at the "desk". Do not go there!"
