"Great Hotel "

"5 Star service was great."

"The room and environment were so deplorable that I did not stay here. There were stains on the bed, towels, and chairs, and it reeked of cigarette smoke. There were two dingy small pillows on the bed as well. When I made complaints about the room, the room they were going to switch me to already had people inside. I canceled my stay, and they have yet to give me even a partial refund. The attitude of the manager was degrading and condescending so much so that they continually hang up the phone and have even stopped answering when I call. Trust me Do NOT stay here!"

"Nice quiet stay "

"Very dated hotel. Needs reno badly. Fridge not working, no volume control on TV, cleanliness so so. Poor breakfast selection. Bisuits with cold gravy, some cereal and make a waffle. Thats it."

"The staff was extremely wonderful with me, my family, and my pet. The room was nice and I had a nice sleep. Would come again. "

"A terrible stay—no microwave, no fridge, the bedding hadn’t been changed and was filthy, and there was a disgusting smell of marijuana coming from the next room."

"Booked a medically necessary room with roll in shower and it was not avaliable when we arrived. No management available that night or morning or the following day when I called. Filed a case with the hotel chain but have yet to get a response from management. "
