"There was an hour long check-in delay and the room still wasn’t clean enough. There were crumbs and stains on the surfaces and floors"

"The firepit area was under construction so there was no access however the rest of the facility was excellent. Angela and Todd were very helpful during checking. The was an issue with our room not having accessible shower and they corrected it right away giving us an upgraded room with a walk in shower."

"Dirty room, zero house keeping, charge for towels, linen for sofa bed, calls to front desk, fire alarm kept going off at 5am and it was very loud. No coffee or anything offered go somewhere else if you can."

"Have always stayed at a Hampton but we were disappointed with the condition of this one. I can’t say it was dirty but it was so dated and showed signs of wear everywhere you looked. Hamptons are not cheap hotels and I expect more for my money."

"Room was clean. Desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms have a kitchen. Isolated but stores with in easy car ride. They do take dogs and one dog whined all night but other than that? Nice hotel"

"None of the ice machines in the whole hotel were working. Chairs throughout the room and breakfast area were peeling and in bad shape. For the price of the room expected so much better."
