"The AC kept the room really cool and it heat it down really fast when it got too cold. The bed was very soft and I slept well. The only thing that I didn't like is there's no microwave or refrigerator. I always bring home leftovers from the restaurants being that the food is so expensive it would be nice to have a fridge The rooms are big and I really liked the view. The only thing I would also say is kind of far out of the way to get to"

"Our room was good. Onlybthe bathroom seemed to be a bit half cleaned. Towels were not neatly placed, they looked disturbed and not fresh. We did ask for fresh ones. The property's perimeter needs a touchup. Front desk was nice and polite."

"We reported a noise disturbance at 1:00am to front desk several times and nothing was done. The staff asked us to investigate which room the screaming was coming from and didn't come to the floor to investigate at all. Staff did not clean the room, replace towels, or provide extra toilet tissue. Told us to come downstairs to get it from the desk instead of bringing it to the room. We made online complaint. Poor customer service."
