"This was the perfect hotel for our family vacation in bogota. Breakfast was wonderful and the area was super walkable, with lots of restaurants (and the park!). The hotel was updated and immaculate. We were coming from the US and were unsure of the best area to stay in- but this was it! The only downside is that it is 30 min drive from the city center and museums- but we would absolutely stay here again."

"We booked a superior room specifically for the air conditioning, but unfortunately the room never cooled properly. We had experienced a similar issue during a previous stay but decided to give the hotel another chance because the food was good and the gym was adequate. Unfortunately, the issue persisted. We reported it the next morning, and although someone came to assist, it was not resolved. That evening, the temperature remained the same. We were eventually moved to another room late at night, which also had the same issue, and were then offered a different room at an additional charge. As a result, we were unable to sleep comfortably during our stay. We addressed this with staff multiple times, including at checkout, but no resolution was provided. Aside from the air conditioning issues and lack of resolution, the food was good and the gym was adequate, which we appreciated."

"I definitely will stay there if go back to Bogota. Just a couple of suggestions: Please have a coffee stand table at no cost for the guests . The one in the room is just one small cup. Not enough for coffee lovers. Also a bench at the main entrance because usually the guest order a taxi or Uber and do not have to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. Thank you!"
