"excellent accueil avec une personne très active pour nous trouver des restaurants et toutes les explications
Chambre spacieuse et très confortable
Dommage le système de chauffage est bruyant et peu efficace
Petit déjeuner correct , copieux , un effort sur les qualités des produits avec si possible des produits régionaux et au moins français.

"Quality of the hotel is very good. Rustic rooms in a quiet and central location.
We stayed in camelia room and shower doesn't have much ventilation therefore we can see damp and doesn't smell pleasant.
We have been charged with 50 euros in the check in for my 5 year old son eventhough he slept in same bed with us and expedia guest policy clearly indicates child is allowed to stay in the room with you. "

"Lovely boutique guest house in Bruges! A short walk from the city centre and easy to arrive via the bus from the train station. Self-check-in was extremely smooth and the chap at check-out was very friendly. We had the place to ourselves and our room was pretty and comfortable.
Would recommend De Kelk opposite for a drink (enormous menu of beers), and nearby Lion Belge for a traditional meal where the locals go to eat - their Flemish stew and chips was fab.

"We booked the belfry suite with a terrace.
Looking at the pictures of the hotel from the outside, it looked very grand. We thought our room would be similar. It wasn’t. It was a modern corporate looking room with very basic furniture. There was 1 bottle of water which was complimentary between 2 of us with 2 odd size glasses to drink from.

"Beautiful hotel with intricate interior throughout which is a wonderful setting to base a stay in Bruges.
The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome.
We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city.
The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and high quality fresh ingredients from yoghurt, fruits, granola, breads and pastries, eggs...
