The only good thing about this motel was the staff, and in our minimal interactions with the staff we saw that multiple people staying in the motel were calling about odd smells and pipe malfunctions. When we were going to the room we were given, we noticed that there was slanting on the second story walkway which was very concerning. "I would highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I stayed for two nights to watch our daughter compete at the state track Championship meet at Mount Tahoma High School. it was a convenient location, really close to restaurants and shopping and gas stations. We didn't have a chance to use the pool / hot tub or enjoy the continental breakfast, maybe next time. I am a picky girl when it comes to where I stay and I was very happy here. They even accommodated extra pillows and shaving cream!"

And advised that we should not check in because there was no estimated time for the fix and the building was heating up substantially. Since we reserved the room through Expedia, the hotel guaranteed us a full refund upon contacting them. Expedia did contact them and they refused to honor what the front desk told us in person…NO REFUND."

"Since the last time I stayed there, they have changed some things. We have individual coffee machines, which is really good.Because the old ones were kind of gross. The staff gave me a thank you letter in an envelope with the candy bar in it. And that was very nice. And lots of coffee available at all times."
