"Housekeeping never come to clean the room or change the towels during 3 nights. Wrong information on the map location on the Hotels.com website - The hotel indicates Kingdom Centre, but it doesn't match their address...A shame after you booked and organised all your meetings around the wrong place, far away from the Subway (1km) as well"

"The Mattress aren’t comfortable."

"The location is good, and the service is excellent, but the bathroom needs a new water tap and washing basin they are completely unusable, the hotel management should changing this immediately , breakfast is also unacceptable"

"The staff was great, location also. The room was a bit dated, and there was no amenities at all. I would use it for a family place on a budget. "
