"Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Wir haben immer draußen gesessen. Man sollte allerdings eine lange Hose tragen,da es sehr viele Mücken gibt. Wir hatten 6 Tage lang keine Fernsehverbindung und auch kein WiFi auf dem Zimmer was natürlich sehr ärgerlich war. Auch ein mehrmaliges Auffordern hat nichts gebracht. Am Ende des Urlaubes hat man sich mit einem Pikolo entschuldigt."

"Stayed in a room that hosted me and two friends. The location to check-in was close to the apartment and walkable. There are a lot of cute shops and restaurants that are walkable from this location. Communication through WhatsApp was very smooth with the host. There is an elevator so you don’t have to only rely on stairs to bring your luggage upstairs. All in all a good stay! "

Food was good when everything in the area was closed down and my massage with Maria was out of this world book your spot ahead of time because it sells out very quickly. "Es war ein super schönes Hotel, dass der ganzen Familie sehr gefallen hat. Es hat einen großen, schönen, gepflegten Garten im Gegensatz zu den umliegenden Touribunkern. Es gibt Außen und Innenpools die sauber und gut temperiert sind. Das Essen ist vom riesigen Frühstücksbuffet zum noch reichhaltigeren Abendbuffet mit vielen warmen und kalten Speisen sehr lecker. Das Personal ist bis auf ein zwei gestresste Ausnahmen sehr freundlich. Was uns etwas genervt hat, war, dass wir auf einen Sechsertisch...

"Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt auf Madeira. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders angenehm war die Möglichkeit, den Spa-Bereich und die Pools im Nachbarhotel mitzunutzen. Dort konnten wir wunderbar entspannen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Insgesamt ein tolles...

Only downside was limited parking and I was only able to get a space at the hotel on 1 of 5 days, all other days I had to search for on street parking around 500m away from the hotel. Not ideal but aware there isn’t much can be done about it due to the central location."
