"The hotel is I think one of if not, the oldest in Grimsby but comfortable, clean room. Good freshly cooked breakfast with lighter options. Warm friendly staff and always friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night but would stay again. Close to the station. 15 minutes."

"According to my son and his mate who had travelled from Oxfordshire for a football match the accommodation was everything that was described. The host was super friendly and even took the boys into Grimsby the next morning after my son had lost his car keys at the match 😩 "

"Breakfast excellent. Lovely property and surroundings..Peaceful location with good parking including electric chargers. Friendly staff. We had an executive room in the old stable block. Very comfortable. Strong shower and water very hot. A couple of minor points that would be easy to remedy: a shelf or basket to put shampoo in rather than on the edge or the bath and a towel hook within easy reach of the shower. "
