"Most things were excellent from check in to extended check out. The only two niggles were the time it took for hot water to appear from the taps and shower, and then fluctuate a lot, to the annoying fact that the curtains do not close across the window, allowing potential to see in, and the sun appearing very early in the morning."

"Staff were kind and courteous. Definitely a convenient spot as the Chinatown mall is a 3 minute walk. We didn’t use the amenities to its fullest, and we still had a wonderful experience! We plan to come back very soon. "

"I was a solo traveler so room size was perfect for me. Room was clean. Housekeeping made sure I got everything I need since I opted out on room cleaning the 2nd day. The hotel is centrally located which was a plus. Staff were nice and friendly. The only downside: there’s no privacy windows. You can actually see other guests through their windows. I had my blinds down all the time."

"Very comfortable stay. Breakfast on the 3rd floor was amazing, lots of choice and the team in the Crystal Club were as helpful as ever. I have stayed a few times and it’s a great location for business and or a holiday. Rooms are very comfortable. Only downside is the pillows are extremely hard but you can call reception and order a softer pillow, that is delivered promptly. Gym is quite small, but the pool is huge. Overall, 10/10 :) "
