This is one of the best hotels I have every stayed in with spectacular views, great food and great service. All of the staff were brilliant but a special to mention to Mr Roszel and Lotha who made sure we were looked after. A truly memorable place to stay and I will definitely be back.

Best hotel in Singapore. Highly recommend the Bay facing rooms for a magical view overlooking Marina Bay. Breakfast was excellent and service was very attentive. The rooftop pool is also spectacular.

Cuatomer service was amazing at this hotel, they really go above and beyond. Would have liked a spa at the hotel but it was at neighboring property and dated, otherwise everything else was absolutely amazing and really felt like 5 star hotel luxury experience. Kudos to the staff!!!

I treated myself and stayed at Fullerton Bay and am glad I did. The location is perfect. My suite was amazing. I used the pool daily and in the evening sat on the roof deck relaxing. I used the gym twice. The breakfast was awesome. The staff so lovely. A beautiful property.

By far the best 5 🌟 hotel experience my partner & I have had! I booked a birthday treat for my partner after 2 weeks travelling around South East Asia & it was the best send off we could have had expected! From the warmest welcome, all the friendly, attentive staff, the lovely birthday surprise awaiting us in the room on arrival, to the dining/rooftop experience. The rooftop infinity pool with a stunning view of MBS was particularly a highlight of our stay. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay with you, thank you again!

I was impressed by the high-end furniture and amenities, the well-stocked minibar and fruit, and the functional curtain and lighting controls. I was also thrilled to be given priority access to the bay view seats at the Lantern Bar. The breakfast menu at La Brasserie was more sophisticated than I expected. All the staff, from the doorman to the front desk, were super professional.

Lovely hotel with professional staff.

Great location and the staff were very professional. They acknowledged my husband’s birthday with some balloons and a lovely chocolate cake. F&B was expensive but the location and staff made up for this. The only negative was that we went to the rooftop bar for a drink and a bite to eat and we’re role that due to a private function we could only be there for 50 minutes. When asked where hotel guests could go as an alternative, I just got a shoulder shrug as a response. Disappointing, but otherwise we had a lovely stay. Front of house (reception and concierge) were wonderful.

The service was not satisfactory for the price. They only applied the credit after I mentioned it. The water pressure was very weak. And most of all, the female staff working at the bar as a cashier was extremely unfriendly, which really ruined the experience.

The checkin process was stressful. They did not allow our small protected dog which was to fly with us. That was OK since it was their policy, but the way it was handled gave us a terrible feeling and they asked and offered to find us a new hotel and asked us to get refund from Expedia. For one THE most expensive hotels in town, this was not the service I expected even if they did not allow pets. We moved the pet to a friend's house for the duration. Bad sign in but the rest was nice and easy and the managers approached us to apologise.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The management and staff ensured we had a fantastic stay. The food and service was excellent as were the facilities generally. Good location for getting around Singapore and seeing the sights. I will definitely stay here again.
