Where to start? Everything about the hotel was top notch. We arrived in Singapore a little disheveled from debarking our cruise ship and were dressed far too casually for how beautiful the hotel lobby is. No one made us feel out of place. The woman that checked us in treated us like royalty and every staff member we had any contact with was amazing. The room was spectacular. We didn't have a view of the MBS but it didn't matter. Everything was clean and housekeeping was wonderful. Breakfast every day was a treat and I honestly can't think of anything bad to say about any part of our stay. If we end up in Singapore again, it is a no brainer to stay at Fullerton Bay again.

This is one of the best hotels I have every stayed in with spectacular views, great food and great service. All of the staff were brilliant but a special to mention to Mr Roszel and Lotha who made sure we were looked after. A truly memorable place to stay and I will definitely be back.

The room was luxurious. However some of the wardrobe fixtures are kind of fatigued as they didn't open and close smoothly and the desk drawers cannot be kept closed and kept opening on their own. Amenities were aplenty and luxurious diptique branded. Water pressure on the shower was regrettably weak and just made the showering experience very pathetic.

The location was just fantastic with a direct view of MBS and a short walk to all the offerings - from Art and Science to the Design Museum and of course, the mall. Breakfast buffet was lovely with so many diverse choices.It was a pleasure having coffee and juice served as opposed to other breakfast buffets where you never have enough hands. All the staff was friendly and gracious. We also enjoyed being in a somewhat smaller hotel. We would highly recommend.
