"The pool was very cloudy and dirty. Foam beads floating in the pool, no place to put used towels, broken rafts laying around, kids unsupervised in the pool cussing and yelling. Woke up the next day and the pool look exactly the same as the day before. Dirty towels laying everywhere. Smelled like weed as soon as you walked into door 7,"

"We came here late Thursday evening after severe storms in our area left us without electricity and water. We woke up early Friday to a room literally swarming with ants and packed up as quickly as possible, all while brushing ants off of ourselves. There was no management on site and no one willing or able to do ANYTHING other than take my name and number saying that management would contact me. They haven't. I have called multiple times only to get the run around and was even hung up on. AVOID...

"Tub stained and soiled"

"First, the room looked nothing like what I had booked! There was supposed to be a separate area for the pullout bed. Since someone in the group snores, that is majn reason for booking this room. So that person worried about that all weekend. I requested a rollaway bed but didn’t have that either. Good thing one person didn’t come with. Second, the bathroom door didn’t lock, there were limited towels(good thing I brought extra from home), trim pulling away from wall. For being newly renovated,...

"Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast for families."

"This used to be much nicer with much more attentive staff. Staff we talked with, English is a second language. A bit difficult to understand The room furniture was well used, sofa bed showed lots of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. We had an issue with their "room service". I would never order from them again. Overall, if you are just staying the night, might be worth the discounted price."
