"The staff was very rude. I got a room that was dirty crack wall. The picture had nothing to do with what they gave me old furniture. I had to request a transfer and they got upset because I requested a transfer. I do not recommend this place at all and I don’t travel that much. It was a bad experience."

"This place was ridiculous. When I arrived I went to room 219, the room television didn’t work. They moved my room to room 321 that toilet was clogged. I ordered pizza for my kids and they put me in a different room due to the toilet being clogged. They put us in room 217 I put the pizza on dresser and went to the restroom it was a roach on pizza box and on the wall. I was over it. The room did not have a phone to call down to the front desk. When I called off my cell phone and explained to her...

The only complaint I would have is there is not a lot of parking and we have a truck and trailer. But the front desk worker(might be the manager I didn’t get his angel or anything) was super understanding and helpful when it came to figuring out parking."

"The room was very clean which is a major thing for me. The staff were very helpful and pleasant; they made sure I was happy. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, very reasonable in price too. The buffet breakfast was well stocked. I didn’t need parking but from what I saw there is ample parking. Last but not least, the Shuttle service to and from the airport is a huge bonus and the driver David was very nice. I only spent 1 night because it was a quick trip, but I would definitely use this...
