"I had bugs in my room. Pretty scary and terrified night. Had a hard night sleeping as manager said that rooms were full and he couldn’t accommodate us. Next day property manager apologised and said they will give a call and find a solution but yet TANYA has not given a call and no action has been taken."

"The room was not clean. The chair in the room was filthy. The pillows had no pillow cases. The bedding was not clean. we had to use our own pillows and we could only stay one of the 3 nights we paid for. Breakfast was not terrible but minimial. The people were nice enough but would never stay there again."

"Was surprised that staff only cleans room and replaces towels every other day. nothing was said on site or when we checked in. Also had a supposed handicap room. Toilet was lowest i've ever seen and difficult to get in shower as i had to step over tub - not walk in. did have bars by toilet and in shower but not very handicap friendly"

"The rooms and property look new. The only negative about the room was the low water pressure from the shower head and the tub spigot was very loose. I wish we would have had time to go to the pool but our schedule didn’t allow it. There was a LOT of variety for the breakfast bar but we came at the end and the food was over cooked. They do have a cool pancake maker (no waffles) and Joe (the guy who ran the kitchen) was extremely personable. There was plenty of sitting room. All in all, this was...
