"From the outside the Riad looks a bit tatty but once you get into the alleyway you enter a whole new world! It is a brilliant establishment, it is not a conventional hotel but a bed and breakfast on Steroids! (evening meals are available on site if required. The staff could not have been more helpful and attentive they were available 24/7. we had airport transfers and a day trip to the Atlas mountains arranged for us, We were also offered helpful advice about the city. "The staff were excellent and service was brilliant. They were very attentive to our needs and went the extra mile. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was exceptional. There’s a choice of French food or traditional Moroccan, and both were outstanding. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!"

"Absolutely wonderful. Undoubtedly the best place we stayed in Morocco. Fabulous blend of old Riad and contemporary design. Lots of lovely touches. Beautiful room. Great outdoor spaces around pool and roof terraces. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And, a breakfast to die for. Area around is quite quiet and it's a bit of a walk to the main parts of the Ville Nouvelle (but flat and safe) and there are some nice restaurants much closer. And only a short walk to the beautiful Jardin...

"Beautiful quiet riad off the busy areas. Hosts and staff were lovely and very helpful, including meeting us where the taxi could drop us and walking us to the riad, and helping us carry luggage when we left (even if we didn't need it!). Location can be a bit hard to find without guide so accept the help on arrival. Also be aware in Marrakesh some walkways in the medina near the square are closed at night so know your routes. In the riad one feels constantly pampered. Tea and nibbles appeared...

"Central location close to mall and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room (junior terrace) was spacious and clean. It was my husbands birthday while we were there and i asked them to make it special and decorate the room which they did in a very basic way, i asked them if they could play happy birthday song at breakfast time for him but they didnt seem to care enough to do it. Overall a good stay apart from that."

"Wonderful, kind hosts. Had a great time at this hotel. I especially enjoyed the spacious room and many places to hang clothes. There was a hairdryer, no tv, private bathroom and a balcony to hang out on. Sometimes you could hear noise from outside but it’s a very quiet street overall, and we were on the ground floor so it was not a problem. Would highly recommend."
