"Really nice, clean and well maintained hotel. Room clean, dissent size and comfortable bed. Natalie, reception desk, outstanding service, great personality and manners. We did not wake up for breakfast, but I heard it was good too. Coffe, snack and tea all day available at no charge at the bar/ lounge area 8th floor. Location is good: 2 train stops from terminal 2 of Nice airport, free no charge train ride and 200 yards walk. Taxi is expensive especially at night, 20 to 35 euros for less then...

"We had the room looking right towards the ocean which was beautiful. Room was clean and simply appointed. Pillows are a bit flat so we asked for an extra. Comfortable bed. They have a cute bar and seating area both inside and out — but no bar service. Would be great to have a small happy hour to enjoy the eclectic and pretty setting. When we asked for ice they weren’t too happy but got some from their personal freezer. They have no supplies for the beach like chairs, towels or umbrellas which is...

"Chambre mal insonorisée, on entend le rue comme si les fenêtres étaient ouvertes. Alarme incendie à 7h dimanche matin...aucun membre du personnel pour nous indiquer ce qui se passe, (incendie ou pas, vous pouvez remonter dans vos chambres ou pas,.. ) et tout ça pour des œufs brûlés en cuisine. Et au moment du check out, aucun mot d excuse de la personne à l accueil pour la gêne occasionnée ! Process sécurité incendie à revoir et personnel à former pour un vrai accueil hôtelier."

"Pretty convenient to the tram line into town. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t fancy but clean and the bed was comfortable. Easy access to the freeway."

"Nice spacious room. Housekeeping came everyday of my 5 night stay and towels replaced daily. Few mins walk to the tram and about 5mins to the main train station where you can get the train along the coast. Nothing around the area to eat is the only downside and have to head into centre which can become tiring after a long day of sightseeing! Would stay here again though."

"We loved the property and the facilities and closeness to a couple of restaurants. We found it really difficult to find by GPS as a lot of the roads where blocked off and it was not advertised with a large sin so you could see it"

"The staff was VERY helpful in recovering my cell phone when it was lost in the taxi that took us from the hotel to the port to board our ship. They were also extremely helpful in picking us up from the airport and arranging for us to check in to a room early, which we badly needed. I could not say enough wonderful positive people who work at Novatel there, and how much I appreciated them finding my cell phone for me."

"The hotel is more like a hostel but the room was clean albeit small. You can borrow a hairdryer from reception but you have to return it as soon as you have finished, whatever time of day. Breakfast was nice, good selection. Have to clear own plates away at the end of breakfast or staff run after you to make sure you do! Good as a base if you aren’t staying long, would stay again."
