"We had the room looking right towards the ocean which was beautiful. Room was clean and simply appointed. Pillows are a bit flat so we asked for an extra. Comfortable bed. They have a cute bar and seating area both inside and out — but no bar service. Would be great to have a small happy hour to enjoy the eclectic and pretty setting. To make matters worse the staff acknowledged the issue and said “ a paper sigh was on the proper door, but people rip it off”. Then Place a permanent one is the answer! No excuses it was not good to treat guest poorly when we were simply attempting to park and check in. "This is NOT a hotel. Be aware that if you are staying more than 3 nights you must provide your own sheets & towels. Don’t rely on being able to rent them from reception because it will likely be closed when you arrive. You also have to do a complete clean of the apartment on exit, which took us about 3 hours. "Exceptional hotel, we loved our stay here. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, spacious and modern. Beautiful grounds and pools. The atmosphere is calming and relaxed, the hotel never felt too busy. Both restaurants were excellent. Walking distance to nearby Saint Paul de Vence and a short drive to Nice. Highly recommended"
