"We had a wonderful stay here. The adjoining rooms were perfect for a group of four friends. The hotel is in a perfect location on the beach with an easy bus ride into the city. The pool areas were spotlessly clean and the staff were all so friendly and helpful, particularly the lovely lady on reception who posted our post cards on her way home! Thank you"

"Small but beautiful and clean apartment, 2 blocks from the beach. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...

"We had the ocean view room with balcony and stayed for two nights. It was the last two nights of our two week vacation and we booked here mainly for easy access to both the beach and airport. The property is ocean front located on the beach boardwalk and the neighborhood has a very charming local vibe and good very variety of restaurants. "The kitchenware have residue and some food still stuck to it. We had to wash everything again to ensure it was clean. Worst part is that there was significant construction, There was no email warning us before we booked/before we arrived, which would have been appreciated. They were not accommodating to this which was disappointing"

"Nous avons fait le Check in la veille comme demandé, mais nous n’avons pas eu de nouvelles jusqu’à notre arrivée à l’hôtel. Personne n’était présent. Nous avons dû échanger par message pour avoir les codes des chambres par téléphone. La chambre vétuste juste propre, isolation phonique inexistante…. Pour un prix de plus de 110€ la nuit. J’ai été coincé la nuit en allant chercher une bouteille d’eau la clé numérique ne fonctionnait pas bien. Je déconseille cet établissement."

I couldn’t connect to wifi I couldn’t get the heat to work, thermostat was in Spanish. Body sent me a video but I still couldn’t get it to come on. That being said, host was helpful and responsive. And the bed was comfortable. "
